Taking something as simple and nostalgic as a game of Ludo and reimagining it through the lens of Desi girlhood.
Girlhood Ludo celebrates all the little things that make these moments special—the jewelry, getting dressed up, chai, color, conversation, and the simple joy of sitting together over a game. Familiar pieces of Desi life come together to turn an everyday memory into a celebration of girlhood, culture, and nostalgia.
Created through a combination of oil painting and digital work, bringing traditional and contemporary elements together in one piece.
