Refund policy

Due to the handmade and limited nature of our products, all sales are final.

Each Nishan piece is individually created and may contain slight variations, brushstrokes, texture differences, or imperfections that are part of the artwork and should not be considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund review, please include:
    •    Your order number
    •    Photographs of the item
    •    Photographs of the packaging
    •    A description of the issue

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
    •    Hand-painted accessories
    •    Original artwork
    •    Art prints
    •    Commissioned or custom work
    •    Sale items
    •    Gift cards

Color & Appearance Disclaimer

Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, screen calibration, photography, and lighting conditions.

Refused Deliveries

Orders refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.
