Each order is carefully prepared and packaged before shipment. Because many items are handmade, hand-painted, or made to order, processing times may vary.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Original artwork, hand-painted accessories, and limited-edition items may require additional preparation time.
Shipping
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Delivery times are estimates provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Nishan is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing an order. Nishan is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Nishan is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an issue arises, customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
